At SIEYS, we want you to feel confident when shopping for women's clothing, dresses, tops, bottoms, jackets and coats, boots, shoes, and accessories. Please review our return and refund guidelines below before requesting a return.

1. Return Eligibility

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition, with original tags and packaging where applicable.

Items that do not meet the return conditions may not qualify for a refund, subject to applicable law.

2. How to Request a Return

To request a return, contact us at info@sieys.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your request.

Please wait for return instructions before sending any items back. Do not send returns to our business address unless specifically instructed.

3. Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to personal preference, a change of mind, or an incorrect size selection, the customer is responsible for applicable return shipping costs.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution. SIEYS will cover applicable return shipping costs for confirmed cases.

4. Refund Processing

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision.

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable for returns due to personal preference, except where otherwise required by law or where the return results from our error.

6. Exchanges

If you need a different size or item, please contact us to discuss the available options. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

7. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
